♡ GOOD 1. Good located from centrum 2. Good and kindly staffs ◇ BAD 1. Not good conditions a room. 2. Not good sound insulation a room. 3. Not good cleaning the room

We stayed in Delta Aparthotel for 7nights end of february with two children(11,7) The hotel is very central, 10mins walk to food shop and Krupowski street famous for shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel was very tasty, plenty of selection and various every day. 24h tea and coffee facilities for guests. Apartment was comfortable, warm and spacious. Beautiful view to mountains and snow. Staff very polite and helpful. Genuinely recommend this place to anyone visiting Zakopane who wants a high standard central accommodation in my opinion it was 5*. We will come back next winter season.

Great hotel with very friendly stuff that was very Happy to help and to answer every question we had. The hotel is near the old town center. Be aware that the hotel doesn't have elevator which could be a small problem if you have a few suitcases

Unfortunately, the room was very small, not like the pictures. The shower door fell off. The location and breakfast were fine. Parking is sometimes a bit difficult.
